Not user friendly. Rubbish app. Virtually impossible to make electronic payments. Toyota a technology company? I guess not.

App not fit for purpose. Toyota need to sort this rubbish out. It won't let me log in, says I'm already registered, so I try on my old car details, then it can't recognise my log in. Just wasted 2 hrs of my life that I won't get back so uninstalled it. I'll email instead. For a company who claims they're good at technology.......👎🏼

The App is useless. It doesn't keep you logged in. You cannot use it to make payments, it always says there is a technical issue and asks you to call a number that is actually not in use any longer and it's for Santander. It's absolute rubbish.
